After college I tried my skills in the NFL (Scouting Combines - undrafted unsigned free agent Chicago Bears), Arena Football (Philadelphia Soul), & Semi Pro Football (Hawaii, NC, & Texas). Once my time with the NFL was over, I joined the U.S. Army. My Career carried me across the MOS of Topographic Engineering, Sapper, Sniper, Jungle Expert, Transportation Specialist, Horizontal Construction Equipment Operator, Instructor school instructor, Transportation school instructor, Governors 100 shooter course instructor, rappel Master, and I have held the positions of Team leader, Squad Leader, platoon sergeant, section sergeant, & First Sergeant all as E6(P) or below.

Since retiring after my 22-years of service with 7 combat deployment Army career, I have accepted a position to begin a Refocus and Mentorship program at French Middle School here in Topeka Kansas. I have been formally requested & hired after acceptance as the defensive coordinator for football, assistant basketball coach, & the throwing coach for track & field.

After learning leadership knowledge from the military, I currently use my skills by helping the community as a Prince Hall Mason and a Shriner.
